Since many of our unique handmade jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind, we do not have a universal refund policy. Refunds are issued on a per purchase basis. We are willing to work with you and come to a compromise that fits both parties.
We carefully package our items and are not responsible for mishandling during shipping. If you find that the item you purchased arrived damaged or broken, please email us and we can discuss a solution.
We include as much sizing and background information as possible about our jewelry to ensure you are well informed about your purchase. If you receive an item and it is not what you thought it was at purchase, please email us to discuss a solution.
We feel that the price you see is the price you get. Our shipping policy is easy...it's all free! We offer free shipping on all orders no matter the size. We currently only ship to the US, but are hopefully expanding to international shipping soon! All packages are shipped via USPS First Class.
One thing that you will notice that is different about us from other jewelry companies is that we don't ship our items in boxes. And let's be honest, you would just throw that box away anyway!
In an effort to reduce our footprint and be more environmentally conscious we have decided to use alternative methods to ship your unique handmade jewelry to you. Don't worry; they are still carefully packaged to avoid any damage. We use environmentally sustainable materials whenever possible to package your precious items and deliver them to your doorstep.

All payments must be made via credit card or debit card on our website. We do not accept cash or checks for orders. Payments must be received before items will be shipped.
