So we might be a little obsessed with sea shells right now!  We all have that little bag (or big bag in our case!) of shells we have picked up from the beach, but don’t really know what to do with.  Well we scoured through Pinterest to find our favorite seashell DIY projects for you to try before your next trip to the beach. You will be looking like the mermaid princess you always were meant to be!

This necklace is so simple you could probably throw a few together while you were still at the beach!  The style is a perfect one size fits all and it's different from the normal style of pendants.  All it takes is some of your favorite seashells, string or rope, some glue and you are good to go.

What better way to use those shells than in your hair? These hairpins are super simple to make and will take your hairstyle to the next level.  Add some rhinestones for some sparkly and you have the perfect addition to your beach outfit.

Now this project might be a little more time consuming, but it's the perfect way to make use of those little bitty shells you find!  I love the idea of creating a rose with them.  Aside from having to glue a lot of little shells together, all you really need is a ring base and some shells to create this amazing ring!

I love this idea! It so simple, but looks so awesome!  You could make so many different pairs of these and even decorate them with different colors to create a whole unique collection for yourself!  These would also be cute gifts for birthdays or for bridesmaids at a beach wedding.

While sea shells look great on their own, there is no harm in adding a little bit of color to them!  The asymmetrical look of the paint on this pendant really adds a unique dimension to it and gives it a modern look.  We would probably use gold instead just to give it a bit of shine!

There are so many unique DIY projects that you can try using sea shells that it's hard to know where to start!  These are our favorites, now tell us some of your own!
